Der Bewegte Unterricht fand in three Unterrichtsstunden in der Woche statt. Diese wurden 1 bis three mal unterbrochen, um kleine Bewegungspausen in shape von Tänzen oder Bewegungsspielen abzuhalten.

Eine weitere Anwendung des „Bewegten Unterrichtes“ im Schulalltag erscheint sinnvoll, um die gesunkene Aufmerksamkeit der Schüler während der Schulstunde wieder zu erhöhen.
